Most items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for smaller decor and 2-3 weeks for large furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MUSASHI ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also monitor your status through the 'Order History' section of your MUSASHI account.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At MUSASHI, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Over 80% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber, and we use eco-friendly dyes for all our textile collections.
